  3. In this podcast they are talking about prescription drugs, and how they are expensive, and how Florida is against monitoring it. They are saying that women that are pregnant should be careful about what medicine they should use while pregnant. If you give a kid to much medicine they can get really sick, end up with a very high temperature, and end up in a hospital. When you go tanning at a salon you get a higher chance for getting skin cancer than anyone else that does not go. They also have a 70 percent higher chance on melanoma than us. Brittney was getting ready to go to prom went tanning at a salon 5 6 or 7 days a week 20 to 25 mins a night. Brittney got cancer from tanning and the mole got huge and got melanoma. Since then she has had 36 surgeries to get rid of the cancer.

  6. This is summary of the pod cast I was listening to. This is mostly about unnecessary biopsy’s done to men. Some doctors think that if there is a certain level of P.S.A that they need to test them. That is not the case here though; this can’t be your only determining factor to do a biopsy. This is what they’re trying to get across to people. There is no need for these things especially sense they are so painful to others. I know this can be very stressful and waiting for results can also be unbearable, this is why they are trying to cut out the unnecessary testing.

  8. What is a podcast?
An audio file similar to a radio broadcast, which can be downloaded and listened to on a computer, mp3 player, mobile phone, etc.
This podcast was about a lady who had osteoporosis. Then she broke her leg, causing her to have surgery. But yet her leg did not heal. She knew that it was from her osteoporosis medicine. So she quit taking them. Years later they realized that her bones were getting thinner, and suggested she starts taking them again.

This podcast was about women who have osteoporosis, which is a disease that makes women’s bones brittle. A woman was standing and when she shifted her weight her thigh bone broke in half. She didn’t understand how that could happen from not even doing anything severe. When she got surgery it never got better. She knew that it was from her osteoporosis medicine she’s been taking for 10 years.
